What We Do

Trainees take part in the day‑to‑day running of the café, learning skills such as:

• Preparing hot and cold drinks

• Serving customers and taking orders

• Using the till and handling money

• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean, safe workspace

• Basic food preparation and kitchen routines

• Stock rotation and simple organisational tasks

Every task is broken down into clear, achievable steps, with patient guidance from our experienced team.
