Multiply Program

Forever Savvy is working with Leicestershire County Council and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in developing and delivering a Multiply Project for adults with learning disabilities to help to improve their numeracy skills.

The Multiply Program and Forever Savvy offers vocational training and employment support for individuals with learning disabilities. The program is designed to help individuals with learning disabilities to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to find and maintain employment, and to achieve greater independence and self-sufficiency.

Through the Multiply Program, individuals with learning disabilities can access a range of services and supports, including vocational training courses, work placements, job coaching, and career guidance. The program also provides support to employers, helping them to create inclusive and accessible workplaces that are welcoming to individuals with learning disabilities.

Some of the key features of the Multiply Program include person-centered planning, which involves working closely with each individual to develop a tailored plan for vocational training and employment support; ongoing support and mentoring to help individuals succeed in their chosen career path; and a strong focus on building confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
